Flohr Machine has defined a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of many different regulatory associations and bodies of governance.

Contract Review

It is the policy of Flohr Machine to review all Purchase Orders with customers to:

• ensure that all of the customer's requirements are defined and specific
• ensure our ability to produce the required products
• ensure and identify if there are is special processing
• ensure and identify if there is a need for special tooling
• ensure and identify if there are any quality clauses required by the customer

Inspection Procedures include:

• Control plans
• First and final inspection
• Certification review and submission
• Corrective and preventive action reporting
